This is my USG done on 1.8.2015. Please see if there is any serious problem :-
Liver is normal in size (133.9mm) & outline. There is diffuse increase in echotexture,
suggestive of fatty change, grade I-II. No focal lesion is seen.
Portal vein & hepatic veins are normal.
Intrahepatic biliary radicals are not dilated.
Gall bladder is distended with anechoic lumen. Wall thickness is normal. CBD caliber
is normal.
Pancreas is normal in size, outline & echotexture.
Spleen is normal in size, outline & echotexture. No focal lesion seen.
Both kidneys are normal in size (Rt.97.6mm & Lt.98.9mm), outline & echotexture.
Cortico-medullary differentiation is maintained. No pelvicalyceal dilatation/calculus
seen.
Urinary bladder is adequately distended for evaluation. Bladder walls are of normal
thickness, no mass or calculus is seen in the bladder.
Prostate is normal in size (35.6x28.5x26.1mm, vol.13.86cc) & echopattern.
No free fluid seen.
Please correlate clinically
